First of all, Day 1 Level 1 of the 30DS is completed! It was hard but I think it will be doable for the next ten days…eek. I also did some extra exercises on the wii, and altogether today I’ve burnt 422 cals! Or so MFP tells me.
I’ve eaten a ridiculous amount (or so it feels) but I’ve only had 820 cals, so I have a net of 398, wowwza. And, about 150-200 cals of that was a hot chocolate as I was feeling sorry for myself and wanted a treat.
I think my new favourite food is spinach and I’ve started eating it with everything aha. I’ve also drank about 1.5L of water so far today and I’m actually feeling a little bloated :( I just really don’t want to get hungry later as it’s 7:15pm and I don’t want to eat so late at night, which sometimes happens when I haven’t eaten my calories for the day. But I have actually been eating all day. Breakfast, exercise, snack, exercise, lunch, snack, dinner, tumblr. That’s pretty much how my day has gone. So let’s just hope I can keep this up as I need to achieve my April goal!!!!! Arrghghgh
